Our deliveries and services are exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions therefore apply to all orders from buyers that are made with the seller NeoInvent GmbH.
Tenders and Contracts
All offers on the Internet are non-binding and without obligation. They are not considered to be a request to contract. The order via the website or by e-mail, mail, fax or phone given by the customer shall be binding and shall constitute a request (Art. 5 § 1 OR) , even if no immediate confirmation by letter, email or fax occurs. For the acceptance and execution of the order an oral or written order confirmation of the NeoInvent GmbH by telephone, e-mail, mail or fax shall prevail. Only with the order confirmation from the NeoInvent GmbH, a binding contract of sale. For orders that are placed by minors under the age of 18, the legal representative or guardian is liable under its duty of supervision for all costs incurred or compensation.
Delivery
The delivery of our goods can take place worldwide. The buyer bears the cost effective sense. They are recognized him from the NeoInvent GmbH directly. The right is reserved to the shipping within Switzerland and corresponding actions in the EU area. Incidental customs fees will be charged to the customer. The buyer must accept the goods at the place of delivery designated by him. If he fails to do so, can the NeoInvent GmbH explain within 10 days to withdraw from the purchase agreement and claim damages (positive and negative contract Inter Esse) or continue the adoption.
Delivery time

Prices
As indicated on the website prices of the products are given in CHF / EUR. You are without shipping and excl. tax.
Terms of payment
For initial orders, all orders of a person who, together greater than the order of CHF80, and NeoInvent GmbH individually determined cases, the goods must be paid in advance or by credit card clearing house in advance. In such case the goods will only be delivered if the purchase price was paid in full. The delivery charge in all other cases by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express) or bank transfer. The invoice amount is due within 10 days of the date of invoice, the invoice is normally made with the delivery. The invoice amount is to be paid exclusively in CHF on the number appearing on the billing account of the NeoInvent GmbH.
Ownership of the delivered object of purchase remains until payment of the purchase price at the NeoInvent GmbH. The purchaser is not entitled to a discount.
Warranty and Liability
If the goods at the time of delivery flaws, so the NeoInvent GmbH fixes after their election, the defects either through repair or replacement or a price reduction granted. The conversion rights of the buyer is excluded. Further factual and legal warranty rights are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. Any return shipments (parcel postage, customs duties, handling costs, etc.) to NeoInvent GmbH shall be borne by the buyer. For sales products doesn't exist warranty claims.
Applicable Law
This Agreement and all related disputes shall be subject exclusively to Swiss law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction is Schenkon ( LU).
