Purchase

With promotional codes, newsletter subscribers, for example, can benefit additionally. If you have a promotional code, shop as usual, then proceed to the checkout and complete your purchase. At the very end of the checkout process, you will then have the opportunity to enter the promotional code. When you do, the discount will automatically be deducted from the total amount.

No, our sales store is designed for B2C customers. By registering you will benefit from self-services (e.g. order tracking, returns, orders, bonus system) and payment methods.

Delivery date

We always communicate the most current expected delivery dates known to us in the webshop and on the order confirmation.

As soon as we receive an estimated delivery date, it will be immediately added to the corresponding product in the webshop. Our purchasing departments are in constant contact with the manufacturers/suppliers so that we can provide you with the most accurate information possible.

Unfortunately, we only know whether the manufacturer can meet the expected delivery date when the goods have arrived at our premises.

Delivery

As a rule, we do not deliver free of charge to private and business customers. For some optional delivery types, such as express delivery, surcharges are levied. Customers with special conditions will receive their adjusted shipping costs shown in the order process.

Postal delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and all over the world.

Collection

Pickup in Schenkon. You will be notified by us when the pickup is possible. 

LITESTIX.CH delivers all over the world.

If you have noted this in your order, you are welcome to come and collect the goods from us in Schenkon, Luzern.

In your customer account you can track the status of your order at any time in the item orders.

If your order includes items that we do not have in stock, you can choose whether you want us to wait until all items are in stock before shipping or whether you want a partial delivery. Please note that there are additional costs for shipping in partial deliveries. 

As a registered customer you can of course send an order to another delivery address in Switzerland. In your customer account you can manage all delivery addresses and so easily select them in the checkout.

Payment

We deliver exclusively by prepayment. Our payment methods are bank transfer and credit card (PayPal).

Yes, our credits are made by coupon code. With vouchers you can buy LiteStix directly in the store. You will be informed about any credit notes by email.
